The CKDCF sponsored t-shirts for 15 runners who ran the Great North Run 2014 to raise money for the Education Centre for Children with Down’s Syndrome (ECCDS). You may recall that, back in June of this year, the CKDCF donated a laptop to ECCDS to help the centre with admin tasks. The ECCDS, which runs an outreach group in Prudhoe, Northumberland, offers regular classes and activities to children from across Northern England with Down’s syndrome.
