The CKDCF has donated £1,000 to the North Lakes Foodbank to fund food parcels for struggling families.
The money will go towards feeding families in poverty over the Easter and upcoming summer breaks, when school meals vouchers are unavailable. It will also be used to purchase food for those struggling to get by on the vouchers during what would usually be term-time.
